Weld and Sons Plumbing is dedicated to providing the best products to our customers. We are located in Plymouth Minnesota and service areas in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. We do not share the data we collect with any other company. If we do share data with other companies, it is for the sole purpose of better reaching our potential customers. Companies included in this are susceptible to change according to our marketing efforts. We currently allow Google products to access search data from our website to make marketing decisions. Google collects data from our website but this data does not contain personal information like addresses or names.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. The information we have filed and stored is protected on password protected cloud servers. We update our passwords according to the needs of your data protection.

Upon data breaches, we will contact all servers and organizations affected by the breach. Once we have contacted the customers affected by the breach, we will update all passwords and look to fix whatever breach happened.

What third parties we receive data from

Google products, as listed above, are the main parties we receive information from. We use this technical search data to predict what marketing efforts we should use and how to make the user experience as good as possible. Google Analytics and Google Adwords are the main sources of data gathered. However, some data received is from Facebook, Houzz, Pinterest, Nextdoor, and Angie’s List.
